WHO DOES THIS NOTICE APPLY TO?
This privacy notice (this "Notice") explains how Pro-Direct Sport processes your personal information in connection with your Nike Membership at Pro-Direct (the "Nike Connected Member Programme").

1. ABOUT US?
In this Notice, the terms "Pro-Direct", “Pro-Direct Sport”, "we ", " our ", and " us " are used to refer to Pro-Direct Sport Limited. In the following sections we explain how we use your personal information in connection with the Nike Connected Member Programme, including the sharing of your personal information by Pro-Direct Sport with Nike Retail B.V. ("Nike").
Nike is also a controller of your information for the purposes of the Data Protection Laws, please see the Nike privacy policy.
2. WHAT IS THE CONNECTED MEMBER PROGRAMME?
To become a Nike Connected Member, you will need to hold (or create) a Pro-Direct Sport and a Nike member account and follow the steps to link those accounts on your local Pro-Direct Sport website, or the Pro-Direct Sport App.
You will be prompted to link your accounts if you decide to sign-up for any Nike Connected Member offers, products, or experiences, or if you try to buy a Nike Connected Member exclusive access product.
By becoming a Nike Connected Member:
1. you will be able to access exclusive member-only products, experiences and offers.
2. you will create (if you do not already hold) Pro-Direct Sport and Nike member accounts.
3. you will link your Pro-Direct Sport and Nike member accounts. This means Pro-Direct Sport and Nike will learn that you are a Connected Member, and by association a member of the other company.
Once you have linked your account, Pro-Direct Sport will share information with Nike about your purchase of Nike and Jordan Brand products on purchased on the Pro-Direct Sport websites, and/or the Pro-Direct Sport App.
Nike will use this information to personalise your Nike experiences including allowing you to view and manage your Nike and Jordan Branded purchases in the Partner Orders section within your Nike account; and your Connected Member status and activities may be used by either party to influence their interactions (including marketing) with you.
3. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT NIKE CONNECTED MEMBERS AND WHY?
In our (general) privacy policy we explain the information we collect about you when you:
1. visit our one of our websites and/or use the Pro-Direct Sport Mobile App.
2. purchase products from us.
3. contact us, for example by chat, email, or through submitting a form on our websites and/or the Pro-Direct Sport mobile app.
4. Take part in one of our online surveys, competitions, or interact with features such as our ‘Product Finder’
The only additional information we collect about our members when they become a Nike Connected Member is:
1. that you have successfully linked your Pro-Direct Sport and Nike accounts and are now a Nike Connected Member – to do this we receive a token from Nike. By association we'll know that you are a Nike member.
2. information about your purchases and redemptions when you purchase and redeem member-only products and benefits – we collect this during your use of the Pro-Direct Sport websites and the Pro-Direct Sport Mobile App.
3. your engagement with Nike Connected Member pages and communications. Subject to your device/browser permissions, we collect this information automatically from your device and activity.
Members who do not hold a Pro-Direct Sport account will be asked to create one during the Nike Connected Member sign-up process in which you will be prompted to provide your first and last name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, and a password in order to create your account.
You will also need to create or log in to an account with Nike - you will be prompted to provide this information directly to Nike using a plug-in during the account linking process.

Nike's collection and use of Nike Connected Member information is described in their privacy policy, we also provide some information about how Nike use your information in section 4 immediately below.
4. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE SHARE WITH NIKE?
Information you provide to Nike directly.
As part of the account linking process, you will be prompted to provide Nike with your Nike account and/or registration details, and confirmation that you would like Nike to link your Pro-Direct and Nike accounts.
Information we provide to Nike.
Once you have connected your Pro-Direct Sport and Nike accounts, we will share information relating to your future Nike and Jordan branded purchases made on Pro-Direct Sport websites, and the Pro-Direct Sport Mobile App with Nike.
This will include the product purchased (including the order ID), the source of purchase (e.g. which of our websites or app you purchased from), the time and date of your order, the purchase amount, when the order was fulfilled, and cancellation/returns information ("Nike Order Information").
Nike use this information for various purposes including to monitor the success of the Nike Connected Member Programme, to tailor your experiences and interactions with them on the Nike platform (including marketing) and to register your purchases of Nike and Jordan branded products (from Pro-Direct Sport) within the Partner Orders section of your Nike online account.
Nike provide detailed information about their use of your personal information in their privacy policy.
5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
To process your personal information we rely on certain legal grounds. The legal basis we rely on depends on the purposes for which we use your personal information.

6. HOW DOES PRO-DIRECT SPORT KEEP MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information that we collect and process about you.
The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information. For the most part we send and receive Nike Connected Member information with Nike using a secure API.
7. MARKETING
If you have given your consent then we will send you Nike Connected Member marketing communications.
Your Nike Connected Member status and activity will also form a part of your profile which is used in connection with Pro-Direct Sport’s wider marketing activities, segmentation, and personalisation.
You can withdraw your consent and opt-out of direct marketing at any time. To do so please click the unsubscribe link within any of the Pro-Direct Sport marketing communications, by updating your account settings, or by contacting our Customer Service Team at: customerservices@prodirectsport.com

You can withdraw your consent to the linking of your accounts and unlink your Pro-Direct Sport and Nike accounts at any time. You can do this by signing into your Pro-Direct Sport or Nike accounts and by clicking the unlink accounts option within your account settings.
By unlinking your accounts, you will no longer have access to Nike Connected Member products or be able to enjoy Nike Connected member-only content, experiences and offers.
Once you have unlinked your accounts, we will no longer send Nike or Jordan order details to Nike and these partner orders will no longer show in your online Nike account.
We may also unlink your Pro-Direct Sport and Nike accounts at any time, for example if we cease (for whatever reason) to participate in the Nike Connected Member Programme.
If your accounts are unlinked we will delete the Nike token we hold which relates to your account linking.
