My Account

  • How do I remove myself from your email list?

    If you no longer wish to receive Pro:Direct emails:
    - you can unsubscribe simply by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in one of our emails, or
    - by going to My Preferences in My Account and making the change there, or
    - contact our Customer Service team at customerservices@prodirectsport.com and we can help you with that change.

  • Are my details retained for future orders?

    Yes, we do keep some records in the My Account section. You'll be able to see and update your name, addresses, contact details, add a payment card for future orders and of course see all of your orders (you can track the progress of the delivery from here as well). 

  • Who do I contact if I have an issue with my Pro:Direct Partner Delivery or Return?

    We are happy to help with any questions you have. Just contact us at customerservices@prodirectsport.com for any enquiries about orders placed on our website, even if the order will be fulfilled by one of our partners.

  • How long does my Premier Delivery subscription last?

    Premier Delivery is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will automatically renew every year to ensure that you always get the benefit of the delivery service.

  • How do I stop my automatic renewal of Premier Delivery Service

    Your Premier Delivery membership will automatically renew for a further 12 months upon the anniversary of your original sign-up date providing we can take payment (with the payment method you originally used). You can contact our customerservices@prodirectsport.com and request a cancellation if you do not wish to renew this subscription.

  • How do I cancel Premier Delivery Service?

    You can cancel your subscription to Premier Delivery Service and receive a refund of the subscription cost within the first 14 days of purchasing Premier Delivery (excluding the cost of delivery on your initial order if this was shipped). You may choose to cancel by notifying us of your intention to cancel:

  • Changes to your Premier Delivery Service Subscription and/or these terms and conditions

    We reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to accept or refuse your subscription to Premier Delivery and to change these terms and conditions (including the delivery service valid in this subscription) at any time. If we consider (at our sole discretion) that you are misusing Premier Delivery Service in any way (including by breaching these terms and conditions), we reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately without notice. You are responsible for using Premier Delivery Service in accordance with these terms and conditions. We may, at our sole discretion, decide to terminate your Premier Delivery subscription. If we do so, you may (at our sole discretion) be given a prorated refund, based on the number of whole months remaining in your subscription. We will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these terms and conditions or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse, or is harmful to our interests or another user. We will inform you of any significant changes to these terms and conditions. All other applicable terms and conditions apply.

 We are committed to maintaining our live chat service during the hours of Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm. However, on occasion, we may need to temporarily manage this service internally to ensure its optimal performance and efficiency, thereby preventing you from experiencing undue delays.
