  • Klarna - How does Pay Later in 3 / Pay Later in 30 Days work?

    Klarna - Pay Later in 3?
    Klarna Pay Later in 3 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your Pro Direct purchase over 3 equal payments. 
    The payment for each instalment will  automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you enter at checkout.
    Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Pro Direct and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

    Klarna - Pay Later in 30 Days work?
    Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. 
    You’ll then have 30 days to try on your order and only pay when you’re happy. Complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or debit card in Klarna.app or by logging into www.klarna.com/uk

    Klarna's Pay in 3 instalments and Pay in 30 days credit agreements are not regulated by the FCA. Use of these and any missed payments may affect your ability to obtain credit from Klarna and other lenders. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status.   • When will I be charged?

    To ensure a smooth order confirmation process, we may request pre-authorization of payment from your card issuer. This will appear as a pending transaction for the full order amount.
    Payment will be captured in two situations:
    Dispatch of Goods: When your order is ready to be shipped, we will capture the payment at that time. This means the funds will be deducted from your account when we send your order to you.
    Personalisation of Items: If any items in your order require personalization, we will capture the payment when we send the stock for customization. This allows us to proceed with creating your personalized items.
    If you're purchasing a Pre-order item, we will process a pre-authorization when the order is placed. Just make sure you have enough funds in your account when the items are dispatched. Usually, the bank allows us around 5 days to complete the pending transaction before releasing the authorization and returning the funds to you.

    Please keep in mind that the pre-authorization is not an actual charge, but a temporary hold on the funds. If you have any questions or need further assistance regarding payment authorization, please feel free to reach out. We're here to help you!

  • Do payments go through a security check?

    We want to ensure the security of your order and protect against credit card fraud. As part of this process, both we and your card issuer will validate and authorise your order. It typically takes 24-48 hours for this to be completed.

    If you've chosen Next Day or Express delivery, rest assured that we will prioritize processing your order accordingly, so it arrives on time.

    Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email confirming successful authorisation. However, if there are any payment issues, our Business Protection team will email you with details and instructions on how to proceed. Please be on the lookout for this email.

    To help us release your order quickly, please respond to the email from our Business Protection team at your earliest convenience.

  • If I am ordering from Non-EU countries, am I still liable for import taxes?

    At Pro:Direct, we want to ensure transparency regarding any additional charges that may apply to your order. Please note that any fees levied by the recipient country's government, such as taxes, duties, or holding fees, are not the responsibility of Pro:Direct. We kindly request your understanding in accepting liability for these charges.

    Customs policies vary from country to country, and they can change over time. To provide you with the most accurate information, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office before placing your order. They will be able to provide you with specific details regarding any potential charges.

    In the event that you choose not to pay the applicable customs charges, Pro:Direct cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred. Please understand that we may need to charge accordingly for any expenses we may face as a result of your refusal.

    When making a purchase from outside the UK, please be aware that we process payments in Sterling. While we provide currency conversions on our website as a helpful guide, the actual rate may differ due to your bank or card issuer's policies. Pro:Direct cannot be held liable for any further charges imposed by your card issuer.

  • My Coupon code isn't working.

    If the coupon code is not recognised, you can follow these steps to see if this helps:
      - Be careful if you copy & paste the code as this adds a space at the end - this space needs to be deleted.
      - Coupon codes are case sensitive - all in UPPER CASE.
      - Make sure you've entered the coupon code exactly as it appears, check spacing, character errors and/or spelling mistakes.
      - Make sure the coupon applies to at least one item in your basket - not all items are eligible. 

    Unless otherwise stated, Promotions & Coupons will not apply to any products fulfilled by our partners NIKE and ADIDAS.

  • Can I use my Coupon code if the item is being fulfilled by Nike or adidas?

    Unfortunately not, all promotions offered by Pro:Direct such as personalisation, multi-buy, discounts, free gifts, affiliate orders, PFA etc, will not apply in this case.

  • Win your next adidas order

    To enter the Win Your Next adidas Order draw, customers must have placed an order at Pro:Direct within the past 12 months and completed the form at Win Your Next adidas Order .

    • The voucher is up to the value of £500 (Maximum spend £500 and minimum spend = £99)
    • 10 winners will be selected for UK and 10 winners selected for France
    • The discount applies to adidas and adidas originals products only
    • The discount excludes exclusive products and excludes products fulfilled via the Pro:Direct Partner Program (sold on behalf of adidas).

    The Pro:Direct Student discount is redeemed via a unique promotion code which may only be used once.
     - Students that are registered and verified through UNiDAYS are eligible for the student discount which will take 10% off qualifying order lines - this discount will be capped at an order value of £300.  
     - Student discount only applies to full price products (excluding products already discounted in sale or outlet), excludes exclusive products and excludes products fulfilled via the Pro:Direct Partner Program (sold on behalf of Nike and adidas).
     - The UNiDAYS promotion is limited to a maximum of 20 uses per customer.
     - Shipping costs are not included in this discount.

  • Adidas Pro Hub Coupon

    The adidas Pro Hub scheme provides eligible professional athletes selected by adidas with 30% discount on qualifying products sold within the Pro:Direct Soccer and Rugby Boot Room.
    Unique coupons qualifying an adidas selected professional athlete will be provided direct from adidas (Pro:Direct cannot qualify an individual direct).
    This unique coupon will provide the user 30% discount on Full Price adidas Elite and Pro level Adult Boots (excludes products already discounted, and also excludes products fulfilled direct from adidas via the Pro:Direct Partner Program).
    Using your initial unique coupon will also affiliate you to adidas Pro Hub for ongoing discounts against qualifying products.

  • Mention Me Coupon

    The Mention Me Refer a Friend discount can be redeemed on the Pro:Direct Sport App or website via a unique voucher code.
