THE RUNNING WORLD CUP FORMAT
The Vitality Running World Cup format is similar to that of a soccer world cup, there are three rounds, Qualifiers, Round of 16 and the Finals. Countries progress through to the next round by accumulating the highest kms run by their teams and so every run counts. No matter your ability or wherever you are, you can help your country become world champions just by taking part.
